What is Data Protection? A series of UK laws designed to protect individuals and there personal data.
What is Compression? RAW is a term to describe a digital file that is yet to be assigned a file type. Once you assign a file type you label that object for software to understand and open.
What are the different types of Compression? Lossy - Makes them SMALLER but can lose quality. Lossless - BIGGER files but can keep the quality at high.
What are different Video File Types? MPG, MOV, MP4
What are different Animation File Types? SWF, Animated GIF, FLV.
What are the different Image File Types? JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, GIF.
What are the different Audio File Types? MP3, AIFF, WAV
What is Location Recce? This is where someone will visit a location before filming to check: - Lighting, If it is safe, Electricity, Does it have the right look, What issues might cause a problem.
What Risks are there when creating Media? Using Computers Check chair height, Seating position, distance from screen to eyes, keyboard and mouse are comfortable. Working with Heights, Electricity, and heavy goods.
