Resource Investigator Social Contribution: Outgoing, enthusiastic, communicative, explores opportunities, develops contacts. Weaknesses: over-optimistic, interest & enthusiasm wains quickly.
Co-ordinator Social Contribution: mature, confident, identifies talent, clarifies goals, delegates effectively. Weaknesses: perceived as manipulative, offloads own share of work.
Shaper Action Challenging, dynamic, thrives on pressure, courageous and driven to overcome obstacles. Weaknesses: Easily provoked, offends people's feelings.
Monitor Evaluator Thinking Contribution: Sober, strategic, discerning, see all options, judges accurately. Weaknesses: lacks drive, inability to inspire, overly critical.
Teamworker Social Contribution: cooperative, perceptive, diplomatic, listens, averts friction. Weaknesses: indecisive, avoids confrontation.
Implementer Action Contribution: practical, reliable, efficient, turns ideas into action, organises work. Weaknesses: inflexible, slow to respond to possibilities.
Completer Finisher Action Contribution: painstaking, conscientious, anxious, searches out errors, polishes and perfects. Weaknesses: worry unduly, reluctant to delegate.
Specialist Thinking Contribution: single-minded, self-starting, dedicated, expert in field. Weaknesses: contribution is very specific, dwells on technicalities.
