What is a Bye-Law? A Bye-Law are laws that re made by local goverments and only apply to local areas. They are usually non indictable.
What is a parliamentary law? This is a law made in parliament, made by the house of lords and the house of commons. These can often be both indictable and non indictable.
What do indictable and non-indictable mean? A crime that can be punished with more serious sentances such as imprisonment.
What are capital and corporal punishment? Capital- the death penalty Corpral- Harming someone for the crime but not killing them
