                        1. Keep the pt. stable and optimize wound healing of myocardium
                          1. Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty
                            1. Low intensity ambulation for 1-2 weeks and then exercise
                            2. Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
                              1. Much longer rehab period
                                1. Energy conservation
                                  1. Sternal precautions
                                    1. Posture, scapular retraction, fxnl shoulder movement
                                    2. Saphenous vein, radial artery, internal mammillary artery
