                          1. Binary to hexadecimal
                            1. starting from RIGHT, group digits in fours, replace each group with a single digit
                            2. Hexadecimal to binary
                              1. replace each digit with a four bit binary number, e.g. 2 ==> 0010
                              2. Denary to hexadecimal
                                1. example: 200=>divide by 16, 12 remainder 8, 12 as hex=C and 8 as 8 ==>C8
