  1. Lights
    1. Make sure that lights are securely fitted to their stands
      1. This makes sure they do not fall during production, which could cause accidents
        1. Such as damage to equipment and harm to actors
      2. Make sure lights are a safe distance away from the actors
        1. This reduces heat and blindness
          1. It also ensures that the actors will not trip on the wires
          2. Ensure all electrical cables are taped down
            1. Reduces risk of tripping
            2. Let the lights cool down
              1. Reduces burning
                1. Less prone to damage of the bulb
            3. Fire exits
              1. Don't block them!
                1. If a fire or emergency should arise, it makes it easier to leave the building
              2. Make sure you film in a safe location
                1. Some locations could be dangerous
                2. Danger!
                  1. If potential injury could come to the cast or crew, you should rethink your location
                  2. weather
                    1. More extreme weather conditions may harm the cast
                    2. Notifying the general public as to what you are doing
                      1. If you don't do that, they think you are causing criminal actions when shooting a bank robbery, for example
