Self-motivated
Take breaks.
Studies have shown that students who take breaks are more effective studiers.
Get hungry.
It's a lot easier to do something you don't want to do when you have a purpose in mind -- a purpose that you're hungry for.
Get confident.
Along with thinking positive about your world, you need to think positive about you.
Know setbacks will happen.
• Your failures or setbacks have nothing to do with you and everything to do with being human. They happen.
Focus on positive goals.
we need to start thinking in terms of positive goals, not negative fears.
Keep it small.
These will warrant similar results but are easier on the mind.
Track your progress.
Show you the positive outcomes of your behavior. You'll need the results to see what does and does not work for you.
Use rewards.
rewards can be very powerful when used sparingly and efficiently.
Help others.
Use what you know to help someone else, keep you focused and feeling good about your progress.
Only compare you to you.
the only person you should compare yourself to is your previous self.
If you've made progress, you have nothing to be ashamed of
Keep learning
You have to keep learning, if the goal keeps changing, if your knowledge keeps morphing, it'll be easier.
Keep good company
Unfortunately, people can also be demotivating.
In order to get going on our path to success, everyone needs cheerleaders along the way!
Don't be afraid of making mistakes.
Mistakes will happen if you're growing and getting better.they serve a purpose.
You gotta do things you may not want to do.
Do what you enjoy
We have to do things that please us or make them as manageable and as enjoyable as possible.
Means: being sharp and smart enough not to be manipulated and to be open to positive learning. Being in this state of mind is the challenge!
Get Positive: Positive thoughts are the only way you'll even find motivation in the first place.
