3. When a new customer spends more than £500, a tree is planted in dedication to them. This helps maintain woodland sites for public access and wildlife.

1. Made to measure means someone will have to come out to the customer's house to measure what size the product has to be.

1. Products are expensive because they are all hand-made

3. Products are expensive because they are made to measure- needs someone to visit home so adds expense
