1. Logging extends to phone calls recordings
2. Modern browsers

    1. Options to record passwords and credit cards use
      1. This can be a privacy issue: if other computer users access this data
Smart devices;
1. For:
  1. Can assist disabled users
  2. Intelligence of the device may save lives
  3. Data encryption makes data private
  4. If you have nothing to hide, privacy is not an issue
  5. Data is not recorded for other purpoces
2. Against:
  1. Are voice activated, continously listening and recording
    1. Some people argue that the government use these smart devices to listen for terrorist acts
  2. TV may also be taking video footage
  3. Data is sent over the internet for processing
    1. Data may not be used just for the purposes intended
