Drink lots of water because its good for your brain.
Try and not procrastinate. and instead revise.
Try and go bed earlier so you're not as tired the next day.
Take a break (every hour or so) or whenever you feel tired and know when to stop.
Try not to stress and if you do find a way to mange it.
Allow time to do what you like and not revise all the time or else you won't remember anything that you revised as you're miserable.
plan your time well so you have time to do everything you want.
Eat healthier so you have more energy.
Use a range of medias to revise such as a revision guide, websites and your own notes.
