Plot
Main events of the story
- Harry and Dumbledore must collect six Horcruxes belonging to
the evil Lord Voldemort to render him mortal again.
The start of the story
It begins with Cornelius Fudge talking with the Muggle Prime Minister,
telling him Lord Voldemort is back and that his community are in grave
danger. It's also revealed during this exchange that there's a new Minister
for Magic in Rufus Scrimgeour.
In Harry Potter's 6th year at Hogwarts School
of Witchcraft, he finds a book marked
mysteriously, "This book is the property of the
Half Blood Prince", which helps him excel at
Potions class and teaches him a few dark and
dangerous ones along the way. Meanwhile,
Harry is taking private lessons with Dumbledore
in order to find out about Voldemort's past so
they can find out what might be his only
weakness.
