  1. What is Paraphrasing?

    1. It's saying in a new way information or ideas which are not yours.
      1. How a good paraphrasing looks like?
        1. It only contains author's idea.
          1. It is accurate.
            1. It is unbiased.
              1. It is completely in your own words.
                1. It is appropriately cited.
            2. What is not Paraphrasing?

              1. It is not to change some words using synonyms or changing the structure of the sentence, that is not paraphrasing that is plagiarism.
                1. Remember!
                  1. When the information is not yours, you need to mention where you take it from.
                    1. Why?
                      1. Because if you present someone else's ideas or information as yours it is plagiarism. So, you have to give proper credit to the author.
