    1. They change the strength of heart contractions, Inotropes + or -
      1. ISOPROTERENOL
        1. It's a drug sympathomimetic that acts at the of beta adrenergic receptors. In medicine it is used for asthma treatment by relaxing the airways and allowing greater air flow. It is also used against bronchitis and emphysema
        2. PHENYLEPHRINE
          1. Mainly used as decongestant and as an agent to dilate the pupil increase blood pressure. Phenylephrine has been recently used in market as a substitute for pseudoephedrine, although it has been suggested that phenylephrine taken orally is no more effective in their actions decongestant than a placebo.
          2. DIGOXIN
            1. Digoxin is used to treat insufficiency and frequency abnormal heartbeat (arrhythmias). Help the heart work better and control your heart rate.
            2. NOREPINEPHRINE
              1. Vasoconstrictor action of resistance and capacitance vessels, stimulating the myocardium. Is a drug used to treat circulatory shock and increase low blood pressure. It is a clear liquid that is administered intravenously.
              2. ADRENALIN
                1. It is a sympathomimetic amine. It has positive vasoconstrictor, inotropy and chronotropy, bronchodilator and hyperglycemic activity. It causes an increase in blood pressure and vasoconstriction mainly at the level of the pre-capillary sphincters and smaller arterioles, although it also affects the veins and large arteries.
                2. DOBUTAMINE
                  1. Concentrate for solution for infusion. Indicated in patients who require positive inotropic support in the treatment of cardiac decompensation. Also for detection of myocardial ischemia and viable myocardium on echocardiographic examination
                  2. DOPAMINE
                    1. Correction of hemodynamic imbalances present in shock due to myocardial infarction, trauma, endotoxic sepsis, major cardiac surgery, renal failure, and decompensated congestive heart failure.
