1. SECTION 15 : that no free goverment, or the blessings of liberty, can be to preserved any people but by a firm adherence to justice, moderation, temperance and virtue and by frequent requerrence to the fundamental principles
2. SECTION 12: that the freedom of the press is one of the great bulwarks of the liberty and can never be restrained but by despotics governments

1. SECTION 16: that religion, or the duty wich we owe our Creator, and the manner of the discharging it, can be directed only by the reason and onvictio, not by force or violence and therefore all men are equally entitled o the free exercise of religion
