   • This is an insightful collection of essays that deal with what feminist is today and how this has changed throughout time from a woman of color’s perspective. I think that this would be a really interesting choice because the author has an really great perspective about our culture today.

• . This is a book about a woman who loves math and happens to have Asperger’s. She is a 30 year old woman who hires a man to learn how to deal with human touch and eventually love. It is a very unorthodox love story but it is definitely a different perspective and a different love story than most people would think to read about.

• This book is about two enemies that start a correspondence. Through this correspondance, they create an unlikely relationship that leads to love. Yet since they are enemies, they need to keep this a secret. It is a very interesting book about love during the time of war and realizing that there are no barriers for people to fall in love, even as enemies. I think this is a good book for Rhiannon because she loves new ideas and she wants to see something new and different.

• This is a really touching memoir about Kate Fagan herself who played basketball for the University of Colorado in Boulder. She had many friends that were mainly born-again Christians but Kate did not feel like she fit in. She was gay and she had to share who she was with her friends and her community. This is the story of Kate and what she went through to be seen as herself.
