    1. Rip van winkle was a good man, he liked to help to other people. The wife of him was unkind to Rip , and for that he wanted to go to the forest with his dog, Wolf. He suddenly saw a man who carried a barrel on his back and Rip wanted to help. When Rip arrived to the place that he had to be, he saw some strange-looking people who he had to gave them a drink from the barrel. Finally Rip drank from the barrel too, falling asleep for 20 years. When he got up he noticed that everything had completely changed even his village. He tried to go to his house but when he arrived there was no house. He went to the inn he used to go before falling asleep and looked for his daughter, when he found her, she didn't recognize him because it had been 20 years without seeing his father, then Rip asked her "Where's your mother?" She said "She passed away" then he said "and your father?" she said "he went up to the hills and he never came" Rip said "I'm your father" Then she gave him.
