3. can I have my partner not communicate with me?
I would like to change our dynamic
1. ego depleted is not good

    1. we have limite energy
      1. limited # of things to give attention
confidence is hotter than hot

  2. potential is not enough
    1. find balance again
  3. who I'm today
    1. who she is today
value my own needs
1. believe I'm great
  1. be vulnerable
