Latin systema, a
system is
ordered
elements are
interrelated and
interact with
each other SET.
The father of
the General
Systems Theory
was Ludwig von

William Ross Ashby
introduced to General
Systems Theory
Cybernetics, also
formulated the law of
requisite variety according
to which the internal
diversity of an open
system coincides with the
variety and complexity of
the environment with
which it interacts
GENERAL SYSTEM
THEORY
The concept of
General Systems
Theory refers to
the elements of a
system as a
whole, their
interdependence
and
interrelationship
between all, not
as a separate unit.
PROPIEDADES
Input: All open
system requires
resources of their
environment. It is
called input to
imports of
resources (energy,
materials,
information) that
are required to
start the cycle of
system activities.
Output: is the name
given to the current
output of a system.
The outputs can be
differentiated
according to their
destination in services,
functions and
retroinputs.
MODEL: Models are
constructs designed
by an observer who
seeks to identify and
measure complex
systemic relations.
ELEMENT: is defined as
a system component
parts or components
that constitute it.
These may relate to
objects or processes.
Once they identified
the elements can be
arranged in a pattern.
