- Altered consciousness, Respiratory distress, Chest Pain
- Discontinue treatment or procedure
- Notify Provider
- Position Patient appropriately.
Get Initial Blood Pressure and
continue every 5 minutes till
over 100/60.
- If unconscious, legs elevated
- Access Airway, Breathing and Circulation, perform intervention as needed
- If conscious and able to speak,
ABC's is adequate
- Blood pressure reading
before discharge along with
assessment of LOC
- Blood pressure reading

assess and
implement, as

- Definitive Care as need:
diagnosis, drugs,
defibrillation as needed
