      1. Particepants were shown a set of TRIGRAMS.
        1. They were asked to recall the trigrams after a delay time of either 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 seconds.
          1. During the delay the partiepants were set to a 'distration task', tis was to prevent rehursal.
            1. Tey were asked to ount baakwards from 3. This is called the 'Brown-Peterson techniques'.
      2. AIM
        1. To find out id the duration of STM is 20 seonds.
        2. FINDINGS
          1. After 3 Seconds = 80% accratcy
            1. After 18 Seconds = Less than 10% accuratcy
              1. After 6 Seconds = 50% acuratcy
              2. CONCLUSION
                1. There is more acuratcy in recall the shorter the amount of time.
