will set their own times around work and school etc. The

Each salah prayer has different sets of rakkat units
of prayer from the Qur'an. some are said out loud,
some are said silently

5. The prayer movements
Hands behind ears to signify intent (to listen)
Look at the spot on the ground where you will touch your head
Hands clasped over heart
Low bow, hands slide down to knees
Kneel in one fluid movement, hands rest on thighs
Prostration, touch head to floor, repeat
Return to kneeling position
Return to standing position and repeat movements
End with a look over each shoulder to acknowledge the guardian angels
Now you may do a silent prayer for as long as you like
