Carbohydrates are made up of simple sugars called glucose.
There are three groups: Sugars,Starches and Dietary fibres.
Water
It satisfies thirst,It helps digest and it removes waste from the body in the form of urine.
It is a source of minerals such as fluoride and calcium. it is essential part of all body fluids and cells
