CELL= pushes electrons around a complete circuit.

The ammeter measures the current.  The volt meter measures the potential diference. It is connected in parrarel.

resistance (ohm) = potential difference(v)  DiVIDED by current(amps)

The same current passes through components in series with each other.

T

The potential difference  of the voltage is shared between each component i.e if there was 3 light bulbs, it would be shared.

the potential difference add to give the total potential difference.the resistances add to give the total resistance.

to find what an ammeter measurment is you take away A1 and A2

For components in parrarel, the potential difference across each component is the same.

The bigger the resistance on the component, the smaller the current is. The resistor which has the largest resistance passes the smallest current. Current(amp)= Potential difference / resistance (ohms)'[

i.e a parrallel circuit with a voltage of 6v has three resistors . 1r. 2r. 6r. You do 6v DIVIDED by each resistor then add them all together to find the total current.
