Complaint letter Congress

To Whom it may concern: After having been at the recent Communication Congress Madrid 2018, I have found myself with the obligation / I have found myself obligated to / I have felt obligated to address to his company as the official sponsor in order to express my total discomfort with the organization of the whole event.  In spite of being the fifth edition, it could be said that has been the worst development ever. Since being a professional in the communication field and an active speaker not only at this event but also at the whole international itinerary of Congress of this type I have been forced, on behalf of this sector, to ask you for a public apology in social networks/in a social network/on social networks.  Due to the disappointing development, our field is believed to have suffered a crisis. For that reason, it is essential to explain to the general public opinion and specialized press, the special circumstances that could have surrounded this edition well which could/would have affected to this isolated event.  Even though it is possible that this sort of information has already been sent I will detail it here: - Public parking: despite Ifema facilities, most of them were closed for the Congress. Indeed / thus parking A was the only one available.  - Check-in queue: every morning every attendant  / all the attendants were facing unending and interminable queues because not enough staff were hired to prevent that.  - Cloakrooms/lockers or anyplace to leave personal belongings while conferences are being held which it is important owing to the vast majority of the participants were foreigners who have to transport their trolleys all around.  - Air conditioning: on account of/ because of a great deal of attendance, all the conference rooms were overcrowded so air conditioning was more than needed.  - Coffee-shop or cafeterias: during time off and breaks in between, there were not enough opened cafeterias or lunchrooms for people to have the chance to order a refreshment: not even vending machines were available.  - Shuttle/taxis: taking into account that a sizeable portion of the participants was hosted in the principal hotels in the area a shuttle was expected to be accessible.  On the other hand, I also find myself with the commitment to make / I also see myself as committed to making a bad reference to one specific congressman: Enrique Pozo whose speech is still a trending/trending in social media as a consequence of his shameless development. After having arrived 30 minutes late to the conference room, he made us waste 30 more minutes by checking his files on his laptop computer. Even so / despite this / nevertheless / however as if it is not would not have been enough, after 20 minutes the microphone had to be replaced for a non-automatic and manual one because (for the reason that/ in view of/on account of/in consequence of / since / as/ owing to/because of/seeing that/in view of the fact that/ considering that the audience was not able to hear him. Concerning/regarding his power point, it was a total disappointment to discover that it was no tailored it for the specific audience in Madrid, even in the first slide was written: "Lisbon Communication Congress" (the one that took place two months ago) instead of Madrid was even written on the first slide. Without mentioning that all the slides were full of text lacking images examples or images to illustrate his theory. That is embarrassing in a communication congress lead to improving public speaking skills.  Furthermore, there weren´t any places for queries, questions or requests and he did not consent to leave his personal contact details. In fact/thus/ indeed, he said that anyone who wanted them had to look for it through the Internet. Finally, he completed everything 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which caused a revolution of criticisms in media.  Were I in a position to do so, I would never contact him for any other congress. Had it not been for the fact that I have a public profile I would have expressed my total disagreement about his performance in public social networks.  To sum up/on balance/all things considered/ in conclusion, it could be said that an official response is expected to explain all these facts in order to try to replace the negative attention with a good image and position of this field in the public opinion.  Please find attached a copy of my personal credential of the Congress along with a copy of my CV and general information regarding/concerning my professional experience.  Should you need any further information do not hesitate to contact me.  Sincerely,    Pal
