19. Short-term memory is limited

Working memory is fragile, and it's easy  to forget information if there are distractions. Don't ask people to remember information across multiple places- they'll probably forget and get frustrated. If you need someone to remember information from one place to another, such as reading content and then writing it down someplace else, you should try to minimize distractions until they've completed their task.
