Because I made a purchase on April 01, But the product was sold out, then the seller canceled my purchase. I thought my money was going to be refunded when the purchase was canceled, but that never happened. I wrote to the seller on April 06 asking him about my situation, he told me that the company has a refund policy between 4 to 9 days. I waited the specified time. But the money was never refunded to my bank account. To resolve the issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid for the purchased product (400.000 COP) to my mercadopago account.
