Ohm's Law V= IR I = V/R R= V/I states that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the potential difference across the two points.
Power and resistance H = I^2R = V^2/R Ac/ Dc
Heat H = I^2Rt = Pt a process of transfer of energy between a system and its surroundings other than by work or transfer of matter.
Kilowatt Hours
Power P=IV Power is the rate at which energy is generated or consumed and hence is measured in units (e.g. watts) that represent 'energy per unit time'
Watt Unit of Power one watt is the rate at which work is done when one ampere (A) of current flows through an electrical potential difference of one volt (V).
