Describe, in detail, the devolved matters which the Scottish Parliament can make decisions about for ScotlandThe Scottish Parliament can make decisions about many areas, such as the Scottish Law, were they can choose to extend the length of a prison sentence, depending on what is better and safer for the people of Scotland, and also by taking into consideration what the people of Scotland want.They can also make decisions on health in Scotland, were they can reduce appointment/patient waiting times by employing more staff to take on more appointments so they are not left waiting, and they can offer free prescriptions, as many people can find it difficult to continue to stock up on their prescriptions, and they also offer free care for the elderly, such as free flue shots, as the elderly are more vulnerable to health issues, and free personal care, were carers can visit their homes to help them get through the day, e.g. helping them in and out of their beds.They can also make decisions education by introducing a new exam system to schools in Scotland by departing from Intermediates and highers, and introducing new highers and new National 4 and 5 levels.

Explain, in detail, why some people are happy with the way the Additional Member System of voting  has worked while some are unhappy
