There will be not battle between the Muslims and the Mushrik of Macca for the next ten years

Anyone who escaped Macca and migrated to Madina had to be sent back to Macca

Even the women who escaped Macca and migrated to Madina had to be sent back

Banu Bakr attacked Banu Khuz ' aa

They actually killed them in the Haram, disrespecting the sanctity of the Haram

They brutally killed the people of Banu Khuz ' aa

The Prophet( s) asked to Mushrik of Macca to pay blood money

Or terminate their alliance with Banu Bakr

Or consider the Treaty to be nullified, which meant that now the Muslims could attack Macca anytime

Hatib lived in Madina and his family who had not accepted Islam lived in Macca

If Macca is attacked his family would find no protection

Hatib gave Sara, a letter in which he informed the Mushrik of Macca about the attack

Hatib( r) was one of those who had fought in the Battle of Badr

Allah is likely to look favourably at those who fought in the battle of Badr

Hatib( r) was the Prophet's( s) cousin

Do not let them prevail over us, or have an upper hand over us ,lest they oppress us

Do not destroy us at their hands

Do not make us suffer from failure and as a result they think we are wrong and they are right

When a believing Muhajira seeks refuge test their Iman

If you find the Muhajira true believers, do not send them back to Macca

The Muslimah Muhajira has now become unlawful to her disbelieving husband

Return to the disbelieving husband what he had spent on the Muslimah Muhajira

Now there is no sin on the believers if they wish to marry the Muslimah Muhajira, by giving her the Mehr
