Narrow QRS: ventricle depolarized via His-purkinje system
Ventricular rhythm originate from the junction

Broad QRS: ventricle depolarized by spread through myocardium
◦ QRS>120ms - ventricle not completely depolarised by His Purkinje system
◦ Can become ventricular standstill --> no pulse
