Patrick is a nice guy but his work isn’t very good
Frankly, things have become even worse as the term has progressed.
I think he should be doing a different type of work.
And it wouldn’t surprise me if he leaves school or college without finishing his studies at the end of the year.
Comparing two people who are different, Charlotte is doing what she is good at and enjoy here.
She’s bright. She is able to think and react to things very quickly, and she’s confident in her ability.
She’ll be successful in the future
With Erin it’s too soon to know how she will develop.
At the beginning of the term, I felt that she relaxes, especially by not doing anything and getting involved too much and let others do all the talking
But now she’s started to produce more of her own ideas. ( or produce more solutions to sthg)
Peter Rose is okay, and he knows a lot about a particular subject, but he’s not very encouraging.
I always do my best but he has a low opinion of me
At first I thought he didn’t know or understand recent ideas in a particular subject or area, and he wasn’t very friendly
But maybe we just made a bad start at a relationship
He thought I didn’t contribute to a group activity or project in proportion to one's abilities or role, when in fact, I was just too shy to say anything. But now I like him a lot more.
I’m making progress and that’s largely thanks to Peter Rose. He really motivates me and makes me behave in the best way that I can
