What type of people should we befriend?
Those who are time wasters and get involved in backbiting
Those who are sincere to the message of Allah ﷻ
Those who do not care to fulfill the commands of Allah ﷻ
What is the promise many people make when they ask Allah ﷻ to be saved from a crisis?
That they will never talk to people anymore
That they will stop eating two meals a day
That they will be amongst those who are thankful to Allah ﷻ
Ibrahim عليه السلام saw the signs of creation and came to the conclusion that:
There is no one worthy of worship except Allah ﷻ
These are signs that do not last for a long time
That he is not able to understand these signs
Vision cannot perceive Allah ﷻ however He ﷻ perceives all because He ﷻ is:
The Subtle, The Aware
The Owner, The creator
The Entirely Merciful, The Especially Merciful
We should not insult those who invoke other than Allah ﷻ because:
They would become extremely happy about it
They might insult Allah ﷻ without knowledge
They would not be our friends any more
