"Though Som is an organized and hardworking individual, she lacks confidence. As a teacher, she can do many activities to increase her confidence. I suggest making a plan to slowly but gradually increase her solo teaching time. I also suggest that she should volunteer to do emceeing (being the Master of Ceremony). Doing so will increase her public speaking opportunities and help improve her appearance in front of the classroom, which is a smaller audience."
