Recognising the rise and fall of hormones during the menstrual cycle allows women to adjust their exercise routines and optimize their chances of success in achieving any training or weight loss goals.

A well-planned diet and exercise plan will allow you to adapt to your cycle, not against it. Even if you do not experience menstrual symptoms often, this is worth considering; anyway, these hormonal changes are happening in your body.

Starts by tracking your menstrual cycle. Circle the first and last days of the menstrual period, and calculate the number of days between the first days of two consecutive menstrual periods to determine the length of the period. Or you can choose to use the different apps from the play store.
