You may use any credible resources you deem valuable, however; YOU MUST USE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST TWO (2) SUPREME COURT CASES. Included in the Files Section of this Course is a video for proper citation of SCOTUS cases.

In responding to the questions below, DO NOT ASSUME FACTS NOT IN EVIDENCE. If you wish to discuss evidence not in the record below for the purposes of a distinguishing one argument from another, you MUST clearly identify what facts you have assumed and for what purpose.
