Replicable: if it can be redone, exactly the same
Reliable: consistent
Validity: trustworthy
Objective: Unbiased
directional- predicts the direction of the results
2 tailed- predicts there will be a difference but does not predict the direction
Null- predicts there will be no difference
1 tailed:
There will be significantly...... (more/Less ) insert DV.... in the condition where.....(insert IV) compared to the condition where ( state other IV)
