Is a reductionist theory. Is a view which presumes that technology shapes societal values and structure.

A view which believes, that its a bit of both, technology is both socially shaped and society shaping.

This theory argues that people shape technology and not the other way around.

Is a percieved threat from social order and makes individuals feel fear, anger and anxiety. Can stem from news articles, goverment policy etc.
