Nerves are made from specila cells called NEURONES.
The BRAIN AND THE SPINAL CORD make up your central nervous system.

The NERVOUS SYSTEM processes information from your senses that make your body that make your muscles contract or relax.

SENSORY NEURONES carry out signals from your body to the spinal cord.

Some of your actions are under control for example walk, this is called VOLUNTARY ACTION. But you don´t decide to make your heart beat, this action is called AUTOMATIC.
