Ponseti Method

Month 1-4 Weekly serial casting (knee in 90deg flexion)

Tendoachilles lengthening (TAL) @ 8/52 needed in 80%

Month 4-8 Foot abduction orthosis (FAO)

23hrs/day x 3/12 after correction, then night & nap time only until age 4

Years 2-4 Tibialis anterior tendon transfer (usually at 2years, required in 10-20%)
