For adding a new role, you can search:
By system
By Role Type
By Role / Profile name
All options are correct
An User cannot request different roles in the same GRC ticket logged.
If a new hire requires similar roles to another colleague, you can:
Copy his accesses in SAP directly
Use a colleague access and save with a header note
Raise an New Account GRC ticket for SAP Access
Create a Model After User Access Request Form
When you raise a GRC ticket, you can search for a user ID by using the following option:
Email
Company Code
Cost Center
Ticket number in SAP
