the four humours consists of blood, phlegm, yellow bile, black bile.
blood( people may cough blood or have nose bleeds), black bile(people vomit a dark smelling liquid), yellow bile(sick people can vomit up their half digested foods), phlegm(the sick sometimes sneeze revolting phlegm)
