To know which affiliation a student belongs to, it is listed on the student's main page in the 'basic information' section

Teachers can go to the Affiliations tab, and search for their students.

The affiliation title will appear next to the student's name in Gradebook.

There is no way of knowing which student belongs to which affiliate.
