    PEOPLE LIE!
92 percent of graduate students lied through email. In a case study, one group communicated by email and the other with handwritten note. The 92 percent of group who wrote emails lied about the amount of money then the 63 percent of  the other group. To tell if someone is lying in an email is if they use more words about 28 percent more than someone telling the truth.

Slide 2

If you are conducting a survey:
People are more negative towards others via email. People are more likely to lie on the phone. Phone surveys will be a less accurate response for feedback then paper. People are most accurate with surveys done in person.
