Let´s talk about which parts of Spain you have visited.
Where did you go?
Is that in the north, east, south or west of Spain?
Is that a coastal area, an island area or a mountainous area?

South from Granada
When you look south from Granada across the red towers of the Alhambra, you see a mountain range known as Sierra Nevada. There is snow on the high peaks all year round.Forget the Alhambra for a moment and consider onlythe mountains. They are high enough to have small glaciers. On the other side, you will come to broad, hollow country, with broken terrain, separated from the sea by a coastal range. It is in this country that I came to live.
