Describe two key features of Weberian Action Theory. One feature of weberian action theory is that it is known as a bridge between structural and action theories. This is because it looks at both society as a whole and the individuals and small groups, within society. For Weberian Action Theory the meaning behind behaviour is crucial. It looks at why action and roles are taken on. This is know as verstehen which mean understanding in german. This is crucial to Weberian theory as it is important to undertand the action of others.
