This week has been hectic to say the least. On monday, i had double science, double french, maths and english. Can i just acknowledge the fact that these are most challenging subjects i have that tends to push me out of my comfort zone. I like that but sometimes it can be frustrating in my opinion. We had a supply teacher in French on monday. During the lesson, we were informed that our grades would added to our coursework and GCSE grade so it was important that we revised our notes to the best of the our abilities. Also he announced that our paper would be written during the first lesson of the second week.It was a breeze for me because i already started my revision during the very short half term holiday due to me having my mind set on having the exam the first week back. I even had the supply teacher(french was his first language) check my work for me and he said it was excellent while making a few changes to it. He chuckled as he read it later saying that i should have no problem aceing the upcoming exam. His laugh was quite intimidating... and deep or maybe it was just me. Even though i was elated and over the moon about the feedback and the announcement, i was worried about my weak memory. I always forget everything even the tiniest information like what i ate yesterday. I know right?! I can be oblivious at times which is why it is important that i have this diary to help remember vital events and information.Come to think of it? My previous planners were not as efficient as this diary in my opinion. From the day my mum  handed me the brown hardcover planner with white thread sewn around its corners had me in total amazement. My brain was immediately bursting with ideas of things to write, what to do, events to add, it had me drawn for a couple of weeks and 115 pages later, the planner was nowhere to be seen. This was pretty much  the life span of my other planners too. Then my mum gave me a purple pocket ruled moleskine diary with cardboard bound cover, rounded corners and an elastic closure.  I poured my heart and soul into this diary (even though i skipped a lot of days when i wasn't bothered) and wrote about my genuine feelings into it; when i was happy, sad or angry. It felt nice to finally pour out my feelings and not have them bottled up inside me.  But complications came and it came hard . My sister. I love her with all my heart but the word "privacy" goes through one ear and goes out the other ear. She is like a genius with passwords and hidden places. No matter how secret your object is or how unguessable your phone lock is, she is determined to open it and see what skeleton you have in your closet. In the end, i just gave up my diary entries because she was too sneaky. But here i am..again with a new diary.  Going back to the subject..where was i? Oh yeah, improving my memory skill! So i decided to rewrite my essay again in my leisure time to keep it stuck in my memory. I also had to revise for maths because i didn't get the pass mark but i did do my best though and was only a few marks away from the pass mark but i know i can do better.  We have progressed to another topic. Infact, we've done three to four more topics after that topic but i still keep the retake at the back of my mind because i know that it is most likely to be impromptu. Yes, i am very nervous. Yes, i am going to panick in the exam but i want to retake it, get a good grade and move on.The last subject on monday was english. Well, there isnt much to say about english. All we do is write and write and write, but i understand the reason for doing this. We've been having frequent mock exams in preparation for our GCSE. Calling the tasks given in class 'tough' is an understatement, it is beyond tough! But i'll survive, there are people who get tasks that are way tougher than this and they just get on with it.Tuesday was pretty much the same except it was double maths, double english, science and french. Same routine, same objective all linking to revision. On Wednesday, we had double geography, dance, double science and registration. Geography lessons especially double lessons are lengthy time-wise in my opinion. I didn't do so well in the last test because it was an impromptu test and i don't do so well in tests like this. However it is important that i do not victimise myself and rather focus on me being ready for the upcoming test. Then i had dance; my favourite of all subjects. I picked dance because it is very relaxing and releases the stress gained from the other subjects. This week we did a lot of written work because we have also started our coursework but despite this, we had a  chance to loosen up and do some stretching exercises.
