Section A Question 1My group performed Claire Dowie's 'Adult Child Dead Child'. The genre was black comedy.The play was about a person with schizophrenia ho is controlled by her invisible friend, Benji.Our performance space was our school drama theatre which has end on staging with raked seating. It has a four bar overhead lighting rig with up to 36 lanterns. The entrances are downstage left and downstage right. We used a rostrum for a compact set. We used overhead lighting which consisted of warm colours.Our target audience was teenagers and young adults.I played the person with schizophrenia. She was distressed yet submissive towards her invisible friend.
