Em resumo,1 - O presente contínuo ou progressivo serve para ações que estão acontecendo no momento em que eu estou falando.Ex.:Ela está assistindo TV.She is watching TV.2 - Também usamos essa construção para ações no futuro. Nesse caso o que faz a diferença são as expressões de tempo.Ex.:Ela vai assistir TV hoje à noite.She is watching TV tonight.(tonight - indica futuro)Lembre-se que o verb to be (am, is, are) é um grande amigo do "ING" e que eles vão sempre andar juntos nesse tempo verbal.Não se usa Do, Does, nem qualquer outro auxiliar nesse tempo verbal.
