<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->SERVICETASKSSTRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTThe Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing tactical strategies in order to drive business grow for client- Spotting popportunities for Client to save money or create additional revenue- Mesuring marketing performance data and analysing business data in order to make informed strategic decisions- Digital marketing consultation- Ensuring Client remains focussed on the primary marketing goals and assists in the process of reaching these goals- Dashboard portal updates- Monthly status meetings, debriefings and performance report presentations to client.CREATIVE CONTENT CREATION- A monthly social media conversation calendar will be drawn up on a monthly basis in advance of the coming month.- Content will be crafted and scheduled for posting on a weekly basis, in collaboration with, and with the approval of, client, in advance, according to the approved Monthly Content Calendar.- Content includes rich, engaging media types, such as photos and giffs, engaging information, and interaction opportunities. Copy and artwork will be crafted and designed based upon the communication strategy of the approved content calendar, and will be sent to client for approval prior to scheduling.Content not included: Website updates, competitions, videos or sound production.REPUTATION MANAGEMENT / ORM- Time will be dedicated on a daily basis to monitor communications and activities across all the social media properties, and engage with fans’ queries and comments as required, as per our communication strategy and social media toolkit.- Comments and queries that can be responded to by the community manager, but require information or input from client, will be captured and forwarded to client with a request to provide the necessary information, or for further instruction.- Platfroms Managed: FaceBook, Twitter, Website.MEDIA MANAGEMENT- Sponsored stories and boosted posts will be drawn from content which forms part of the approved Content Calendar for each month, and boosted according to message content, strategic advantage, and/or for the purposes of leveraging on the performance of a particular post. Traffic driven ads will be created and then pre-approved by client.- Media Planning - Targeting strategies will be determined per each ad campaign in conjunction with the client, as per the objectives outlined by the brand and the content calendar.- Media Buying - All media needs to be paid upfront before campaign commencement.CAMPAIGN PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT- All campaigns and competitions will need to be costed separately and signed off and PO issued before commencement.- BNRY will deliver all strategic and creative work required for the Tactical Campaigns, up to the approval of the creative concept. Production work for campaigns will be costed for separately on a time and material basis, and within an agreed upon budget.
