Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has announced that so-called chatbots would soon appear in the company's Messenger app. Chatbots are small [blank_start]software[blank_end] programs based on artificial intelligence and can [blank_start]communicate[blank_end] with people. They will change the way we receive information. A chatbot, for example, can talk to a customer, order items or listen to complaints. It can answer questions, solve complicated problems or make appointments. It's like talking to a robot. As time goes on chatbots will be able to learn, based on the experience they have . Facebook's Messenger is an extremely popular piece of [blank_start]communication[blank_end] software, used by 900 million people around the world. With its announcement users will be able to develop their own chatbots and use them in Messenger. People can then send a [blank_start]message[blank_end] to a bot which will know what to do depending on the situation. While internet experts say that chatbots can be a big advantage, there are those who see risks. There is no way we can monitor every action that chatbots carry out. Others think that such bots may encourage you to do things that you really wouldn't want to do, like open a new website or [blank_start]install[blank_end] new apps.

It was a bright sunny day. Peter woke up very early and saw that his dog Charlie didn't look well. Peter's [blank_start]attempt[blank_end] to make Charlie get up failed. He decided to stay at home and [blank_start]called in[blank_end] sick. His boss was really angry and he didn't want to listen to the excuses Peter had, so he just [blank_start]hung up[blank_end]. Peter was so worried about Charlie that he didn't pay too much attention to his chief's reaction. He tried to [blank_start]call up[blank_end] a vet. Unfortunately, he had to [blank_start]hang on[blank_end] for about half an hour before he [blank_start]got through[blank_end]. The vet tried to get to Peter's as quickly as he could. When he touched the dog, Charlie let him have an [blank_start]accurate[blank_end] examination. After some time the vet told Peter that he couldn't see anything wrong and asked him if anything unusual had happened recently. Suddenly Peter got the voice [blank_start]message[blank_end] from Alice. She said that she had successfully [blank_start]demonstrated[blank_end] her [blank_start]invention[blank_end] in Stockholm and got the award. She also added that she was coming home in an hour. When Charlie heard Alice's voice, his look changed, he got up immediatly and started running looking for her everywhere. Peter looked at the dog and thought that the explanation wasn't connected with [blank_start]medicine[blank_end]. It was [blank_start]a piece of cake[blank_end]. Charlie just couldn't be himself without Alice.
